Back to God Evangelistic Association is a Faith Based Organization
established to promote evangelism, access to Primary Healthcare and holistic living and to uplift standards of the vulnerable groups among communities where we are involved. We believe in spiritual, social and economic transformation of communities through evangelism, education, health and wealth creation activities.
We have been involved in a number of activities like evangelism, church planting, discipleship, capacity building among church leaders, and provision of education to the vulnerable groups and economic empowerment of communities since 1983.

OUR CORE ACTIVITIES
Evangelism
Back to God has conducted local, national and international evangelistic missions whose results have been overwhelmingly outstanding. In many crusades, signs, miracles and wonders are exhibited at the crusade grounds, where witches and wizards have come to the Lord, the sick have been healed and the possessed have been delivered. Pr. Peterson Sozi, the founder of Back to God Evangelistic Association and Senior Pastor, operates in the Gifts of the Holy Spirit at amazing levels. He has also established a network of local, national and international partners like Church of Uganda, World Reformed Fellowship, Presbyterian and Reformed Renewal Ministries African Evangelistic Enterprise (AEE), National Fellowship of Born again Pentecostal Churches (Uganda) (NFBPC), Dr. Max Solbrekken a Canadian International Preacher of Righteousness, Pr. And Mrs. Chris Baily of UK, Air Save Co. a Digital savings Innovation, Authentic Health Care Services (Uganda) among others.
Church Planting
Back to God through its missions to different parts of the country, has established various churches in the five major regions of Uganda, that is, Central, Western, Eastern, North and Southern regions in order to strengthen the spread of the gospel
Discipleship programs
We meet and motivate fellow Christians who are still young in spirit to encourage them and teach them the way of Christianity while fellowshiping with them.
Health Services
We access children and communities to primary health care, basic essential treatment of malaria, opportunistic infections, typhoid, dental problems and other diseases and providing improved hygiene and sanitation to the children and their guardians. We also carry out HIV/AIDS sensitization/awareness, nutritional guidance and provision of Supper Food Supplements in the form of amino acids, vitamins and essential oils. We have also established partnerships with a number of health professionals and professional bodies nationally and internationally for provision of periodic voluntary health services to the children at our schools and the surrounding communities.
Social Support Services
We support improvement of livelihood conditions of poor mothers/ guardians/poor women, elderly and widows in the community by supporting their local initiatives through craft-work, vegetable growing, poultry, piggery, goat and improved cattle rearing projects. We also provide essential support in form of clean water, food, beddings and essential needs especially to the guardians of the children in our schools.
Education
Children’s education is very important for social transformation to take place; hence our focus on educating the less privileged children in disadvantaged communities in Uganda. However, since the 80’s the effects of war and when the HIV/AIDS was realized in Uganda, it has claimed lives of millions of people. As a result, over 6.5 million children have been left orphaned and vulnerable. The needs of the orphans and the vulnerable children have over the years overwhelmed those who have tried to assist them. Most times the children are left in the hands of struggling relatives to take care. Subsequently, when the relative can no longer cope with the children’s needs, they leave them to nature’s providence, which has contributed to the increasing number of street kids and juvenile delinquents. The other orphans and vulnerable children end up in child domestic labour service and prostitution, while other children are left in the hands of their aged grandparents who cannot adequately contribute to the welfare of the children.
